Tenants filed a number of building complaints here in the last five years, several concerning heat and water service; most are resolved and a few remain open. City inspectors have cited the building on multiple occasions, most recently for exterior maintenance conditions.

Built in the early part of the century, a mid-rise brick building with ground-floor commercial space. Permit activity over the past decade includes roof and electrical work; the most recent permit was issued within the last two years.

The building sits a short walk from a rail station and a neighborhood park, with several bus routes nearby.
